See what patients are saying about Dr. Casper.

I have been struggling with chronic sinus problems. I have seen specialists in the past and have had a surgical procedure about 5 years ago. The problems are slowly returning and I was referred to Dr. Francis by my family doctor - Dr. Manta. He did not spend even 5 minutes with me. He was abrupt and rude. He screamed at me when I informed him I smoke cigarettes and told me that I need to stop or else he will not help me. He was judgmental of the previous doctor who recommended that I have surgery to help with my chronic problem. The problem is returning and I was hoping for some solutions. Dr. Francis offered no such thing. He stormed out without providing any education or recommendation in relation to my problem. I will not be returning to this specialist. I am not sure about his expertise, but one thing that I know is what I have experienced. He is rude and judgmental and is in dire need of some social skills on how to interact with patients.
