Dr. Eric Kaplan graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 1979 before completing a residency in General Surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, TX from 1979 to 1984. He then completed a fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship at Parkland Hospital/Tx Health Presbyterian Dallas from 1984 to 1985.
