ReachableI find it dishearten that Dr. Burke would not consider the same practice as other doctors and facilities in regards to patient financial needs. My son was hurt at school and had two surgeries. With two insurance (Blue Cross and Student Insurance) we still received a bill from Dr. Burke. All the other providers considered the injury and the payment sources and adjusted off the balance. I was informed that Dr. Burke would not approve this adjustment even after his staff explained this scenario to him.
