I like Dr, Groover personally, very much;but problems may lead me too seek another GP. She has a nice bedside manner, seems genuinely concerned about her patients. I trust her medical judgement. Cons: May have to wait up to a month for appointment. Last visit was a bit chaotic. No one seemed to be on the same page. Poor communication between dr, and assistant. I was kept waiting long periods of time in the examining room as if they had forgotten I was there. Dr, Groover listened to my questions, but I was not satisfied with many of the answers. Was told she would check on several issues, but I never received any follow-up. Evidently, you must be very pro-active and assertive to have your concerns addressed, but that likely applies to many other practitioners as well. There were also some billing issues which were never resolved. Rather than admit there was a mistake or oversight, things were ignored, in my case. Dr. Groover was not responsible for these things directly, but she did not take any actions to correct them that I am aware of. To summarize, I believe Dr. Groover is very competent, but I am not happy with some of the office practices.
