Dr. Donald Hegland graduated from University of Florida College of Medicine in 1999 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC from 1999 to 2003. He then completed a fellowship in Cardiology at Duke University Medical Center from 2003 to 2007.
