Dr. Singh saved my life in July, 2011, at Chicago's Prentice of Northwestern Women's Hospital. To me, this was the emotional equivalent of having been pulled from a burning car or rescued from drowning. I am over four and a half years out of Stage 2C ovarian cancer, feeling great, doing well and making the highest and best use of my experience by supporting other survivors, those in treatment and their families. Dr. Singh is also a natural mentor to her patients, developing an easy co-flow of substantive doctor/patient conversation. I have retained all of my notes from my office visits and still abide by them. I have given "patient" presentations on my experience and always "open" with Dr. Singh and her extraordinary distinction, by any metric.
