Dr. Dennis Crandall graduated from Saint Louis University School of Medicine before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at St. Louis University. He then completed a fellowship in Spine Surgery at University of Maryland.
Dr. Crandall has three offices in Arizona where he specializes in Orthopedic Spine Surgery.
Dr. Crandall works with five doctors including Dr. Terrence Crowder and Dr. Michael Chang.
