Bio
Dr. Dean Taylor graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in 1985 before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC from 1987 to 1991. He then completed a fellowship in John Feagin West Point Sports Medicine Fellowship at Letterman Army Institute of Researc from 1991 to 1993.
