Dr. David Shonkoff graduated from Emory University School of Medicine in 1981 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at North Shore University/ Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY from 1981 to 1982. He then completed a fellowship in Cardiology at Emory University School of Medicine from 1984 to 1987.
