Recommends Available Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Nice Office Understandable ReachableDr Rouben is the best doctor in Louisville, KY. He did my back surgery this year (2015) and I could not be more pleased. Before surgery I was in unbearable pain. He told me as soon as the surgery was over the pain would be gone and it was....immediately. This man truly cares about his patients. He is compassionate and takes all the time necessary with each patient so he may run a little behind schedule. The wait is worth it. That is why I did not mark \"on time\". I would not hesitate to have Dr Rouben operate on me again if it became necessary except NOT at Norton hospital......that place is horrible! Best doctor....worst hospital!!
