Dr. David Richardson graduated from East Tennessee State University James H. Quillen College of Medicine in 1999 before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at UT Campbell Clinic in 2004. He then completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Surgery at Carolinas Medical Center – OrthoCarolina in 2005.
