I had two or three spg around my left eye with him more lidocaine but the first with the catther not the needle. I had to go stay with my son at duke and will say goltra is better than any duke dr I saw but dr wolfgang liedtke german dr that has tried everything with me. not many drs but goltra and mine at duke will stay with you. you get lost in the shuffle from one dr saying go to another and you have to do the work. medicine is certainly not as easy to see a dr as years ago. it took me 2 yrs a duke to even get a spg block and I did get an alation of the nerve at Raleigh neurology.
