This office sends patients surveys via email and when they do not like the response - they have their office manager punish the patient by saying the patient is no longer wanted at their practice, this is unprofessional. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Also when I asked for my records (I have a long history at that clinic) I was told the records were destroyed. Their personnel have complained about there employer (over worked, not compensated etc) this is in poor taste, they are never on time, yet there is an expectation for patients to be on time. I was honest when they sent me their survey - too bad they didn't take my remarks and use them to improve their practice. By giving me the boot and turning me away they have proven they are not up to honest opinions and they are immature.
Dr. Davis’s reply: We have terminated two patients from our practice that I know of in the almost 4 years I have been here. We have sent out literally thousands of surveys. Repeated screaming, cursing, and verbally abusing our staff members is something we can't tolerate and would prevent good patient care also. That is a reason for termination. It always will be.
