Dr. Mack listened to my concerns; explained procedures and outlined possible treatments clearly;examined me gently. He described himself as a 'softie'. He believes as many procedures that are office appropriate should be done in the office - reducing hospital costs for patient and the 'system'! He thinks its important for MD to accept Medicaid; provide care for low income population
