Rosen Surgery, Dr. Rosen is expertly trained to provide surgical options for numerous types of hernias, including sports-related and incisional hernias, in addition to offering laparoscopic surgery treatment for conditions such as appendicitis, cysts, and acid reflux.

Dr. Rosen graduated from the Cornell University and went on to obtain his Medical Degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He trained in general surgery at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center and completed fellowship training at the New York Presbyterian Hospital’s Columbia University Medical Center and the Cornell campus. Dr. Rosen is so devoted to the care and health of his patients, that he pursued two fellowship programs- Laparoscopic Surgery and Bariatric Surgery. He is truly committed to providing minimally invasive surgical options to all his patients because they are known to provide quicker healing and reduced scarring.

As a bariatric surgeon, Dr. Rosen provided surgical options including the LapBand system, duodenal switch surgery, and gastric bypass surgery. Dr. Rosen also assists with post-surgical body makeovers for bariatric surgery patients and performs tummy tucks and lifts for these patients.
