Dr. Daniel Bazylewicz graduated from Dartmouth College Geisel School of Medicine before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases. He then completed a fellowship in Orthopaedic Trauma at Carolinas Medical Center.
