I opened Health Connections Direct Primary Care in 2017 after getting tired of trying to do everything in a 10-15 minute office visit.  By creating an affordable monthly membership model and not billing insurance - I work directly for you and not your insurance company.  I am independent - which means I am going to refer you where ever I think is best for you - not where a hospital system tells me to. 

I am a family practice physician - which means I treat adults and children.  I can treat pretty much anyone but do not take patients with Medicaid or Medicare due to government regulations.  I do sick visits, wellness visits and chronic care.  I very rarely prescribe any controlled substances, and do not prescribe them long term.  I do work with chiropractors, and providers who do accupuncture and massage to improve patients health.   

If you don't have insurance that's ok - I don't bill insurance - and can see you the same way as I can see other patients. I will work with you to try to help you get the care you need. If you have "great insurance" and you want to work with someone who is able to take more time with you - I can help you too. 

By having a recurring monthly fee, you know how much your primary care needs are going to cost and can budget them better.  If you see me once or 10 times the cost is the same.
