Dr. Charles Daniels graduated from University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2004 before completing a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Univeristy of California Irvine in Irvine, CA from 2005 to 2008. He then completed a fellowship in Integrated Pain Management at University of California Irvine from 2008 to 2009.
