Dr. Malhotra is dedicated to providing each patient with the individual care they need for both acute and chronic medical conditions based on a thorough evaluation and diagnosis so every patient can enjoy optimal results. In addition to his extensive expertise in neurodiagnostic evaluations, Dr. Malhotra is also skilled in both non-surgical and surgical management of nerve-related diseases and conditions.

Dr. Malhotra completed his medical degree and a rotating medical internship from Amritsar Medical College in India, followed by an internship in internal medicine at St. Elizabeth College in Ohio. His residency in neurology was completed at the Medical College of Virginia, followed by a fellowship in neuromuscular diseases, electromyography and nerve conduction studies at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. In 1997, Dr. Malhotra also completed a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree at Monterey College of Law. A former clinical instructor of neurology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Dr. Malhotra has been published in several peer-reviewed journals, and he has also served as chief of the division of neurology and director of the neurodiagnostic lab at both Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA, and Riverside County Regional Medical Center in Moreno Valley, CA. He maintains an active membership in the American Academy of Neurology.

Dr. Malhotra welcomes new patients at his practice on Arlington Avenue, and he speaks English, Punjabi and Hindi. The office accepts most major types of medical insurance.
