Bio


Dr. Tack graduated cum laude from Universidad Central del Caribe Escuela de Medicina (UCCEM), an accredited American medical school in Puerto Rico. He completed a two year general surgery residency at Lincoln-Misericordia Hospitals in the Bronx. He was also chief resident during his second year of a three year diagnostic radiology residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York and completed a fellowship in cardiovascular and interventional radiology at NY-Cornell Medical Center.Dr. Tack has served as director of radiology at Hudson Valley Hospital Center and NY Methodist Hospital and as the interventional radiology section chief at NYU Langone Lutheran Medical Center, NY Methodist Hospital and Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn.He specializes in PAD treatments, uterine fibroid embolization (UFE), kyphoplasty and liver chemoembolization.
