From South Broadway
If you have arrived at the South Broadway entrance of the building (busy street with no parking), please keep driving on South Broadway around the Westchester Mall (South Broadway becomes Westchester Avenue) until you see statues of horses on Paulding Street. Then turn right onto Paulding Street, and make another right immediately past the Westchester Mall building onto Hiram Street. Then turn right onto Hale Avenue. The Hale Avenue entrance of 34 South Broadway is immediately next to the Westchester Mall parking lot entrance on Hale Avenue.
From Maple Avenue
To reach the Hale Avenue entrance, make a turn onto Hale Ave from Maple Avenue, and go past the main entrance of the Crowne Plaza White Plains Downtown Hotel. Continue driving until you see the Westchester Mall parking lot entrance. The Hale Avenue entrance of 34 South Broadway is immediately next to the Westchester Mall parking lot entrance on Hale Avenue.

Parking and wheelchair access
Westchester Mall Parking Lot
You may park at Westchester Mall parking lot level P3 or P4, area H, I and J. (Westchester Mall parking fees will apply.) We are on the same level as P4. Accessible parking space is available on level P3 and P4 in area I. Exit the parking lot through the wheelchair accessible path on the right side of the parking lot gate on Hale Avenue. Once you exit the parking lot building, there is a wheelchair ramp on 34 South Broadway located on the left side of the building. We are located on the first floor of the building at the end of the hallway.
Street Parking
Street parking is available on Hale Avenue, Hiram Street and Paulding Street. (White Plains City parking fees will apply.) One accessible parking space is available on the southeast corner of Hale Avenue and Hiram Street intersection.
Dr. Yang is an award-winning wound care and internal medicine specialist who served as System Medical Director of Wound and Hyperbarics at Good Samaritan Hospital, St. Anthony Community Hospital and Bon Secours Community Hospital in the state of New York from 2012 to 2016.
Dr. Yang received wound care and hyperbaric medicine fellowship training at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Prior to his fellowship training, he completed internal medicine residency training at the Mount Vernon Hospital, where he also received wound care training under the renowned wound care specialist Dr. Jorge Beale. Dr. Yang's received two years of surgical and clinical pathology training at the Westchester Medical Center before he started his internal medicine training.
Dr. Yang is a frequent speaker at local and national wound care meetings. He is a winner of the 2007 Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society President Award (second place) for research in stem cells in hyperbaric oxygen, and has received the Blue Ribbon Awards five times from Northern Maine Medical Center for highest quality in chronic disease management in internal medicine.

The specialty of internal medicine is an area of primary care for adults. Dr. Yang specializes in diagnosing and treating cross-system illnesses that may affect multiple organ systems. When necessary, Dr. Yang also can refer patients to specialists. For example, patients with serious gastrointestinal issues may be referred to a gastroenterologist for additional diagnostic tests or treatment options.
