Our Marlton office is located at 775 Route 70 East, Suite F-180 in the Elmwood Business Park, near the corner of North Elmwood Road and Route 70 East (approximately 2.6 miles east of Route 73 North.) Our office is located in Building F.

- Follow 295 to exit 34A Route 70 East (Marlton Pike).
- Stay on 70 East towards Marlton for about 11 miles or 20 minutes.
- Cross over Route 73 and follow 70 East for another 2.6 miles.
- 2 lanes of highways turn into 1 lane and the surrounding area becomes wooded
- Pass through the traffic light for North Elmwood road and make the first right into the driveway of Elmwood Business Park.
- Follow the driveway straight back into the Business Park and look for Building F, Suite 180 on the right.

Bio
Dr. Ayres is board certified in ophthalmology and specializes in all forms of corneal transplantation including full thickness corneal transplants, Descemets stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK), deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK), and keratoprosthesis. He was the first person at Wills Eye Hospital to perform Descemets’ membrane endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK). He also has an interest in repair of traumatic eye injuries and anterior segment repair. Dr. Ayres performs all types of refractive and cataract surgery including LASIK, phakic lens surgery for myopia, and multifocal intraocular lenses. As a corneal specialist, Dr. Ayres also treats all forms of infectious diseases of the eye and ocular surface disease (dry eye).
