Bernard Gran, MD is a board-certified neurologist with more than 40 years of medical experience. He provides comprehensive care for patients affected by brain, spinal cord, and nerve disorders at The Neurology Group, a state-of-the-art practice in Miami.

Dr. Gran offers a full range of general neurology services, including neurological disease treatment, sleep disorder management, and post-stroke recovery. He specializes in helping patients manage chronic migraines, and is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy.  

A native of Cuba, Dr. Gran moved to the United States as a child and graduated from high school in Hollywood, Florida. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Dr. Gran received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine.

He went on to complete his internship and residency in neurology at the Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. He also completed a one-year fellowship in neuroimmunology at the National Institute of Health.

Dr. Gran served as a voluntary associate clinical professor at the University of Miami School of Medicine for nearly two decades. He is a member of several neurological organizations, and is affiliated with Baptist Health South Florida, Jackson Hospital in Miami, West Kendall Baptist Hospital, and South Miami Hospital. He is also an Associate Professor of Neurology at Florida International University Medical School.
