Arun Villivalam, M.D. is a Board Certified Family Physician with a focus on providing an amazing healthcare experience for his patients. He has a commitment to healthcare innovation and has strong background in Medical Informatics.
Dr. Villivalam graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Cook County Hospital (a public hospital) in Chicago. Subsequently, he has worked and traveled in US in various healthcare settings including the Indian Health Service.
He then accepted a position at the Cerner Corporation in Kansas City, MO as a Physician Executive, eventually becoming the Chief Medical Officer of the North Atlantic Region. During Dr. Villivalam's time at Cerner, he helped lead EHR strategy sessions, consulted on physician adoption, and was hands-on during many EHR Go-Lives at hospitals across the country.
Dr. Villivalam joined CHS Health Services, Inc. as their Chief Medical Information Officer and Associate Medical Director and helped launch their primary care services at their Fortune 500 and 1000 clients.
For the last 5 years, Dr. Villivalam has been practicing in various groups and now he has opened Los Gatos Doc, Inc.
