Told to do a pre-surgery visit. Dr. Kramer did blood pressure, listened to my lungs and looked at a lump on back of my neck. Total office time was 12 minutes. Charged $490.00. Called office and they were very rude and would not discuss charges or lack of skilled service for visit.
