- Received Doctorate of Medicine from the Central University of Venezuela
- Completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the Central University of Venezuela and practiced focusing on Sports Medicine and Joint Reconstruction at Centro Medico de Caracas, one of the most prestigious clinics of Venezuela
- Dr. O’Daly completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at Johns Hopkins University, under the mentorship of Dr. Thomas Brushart, where he concentrated in the area of Peripheral Nerve Regeneration
- He successfully completed a second orthopedic surgery residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital
- After Graduating as an Orthopedic Surgeon from Johns Hopkins, he completed his Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham
- Dr. O’Daly received the Frank L.
