Dr. Ali Azizzadeh graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 1998 before completing a residency in General Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas in Houston, TX from 1998 to 2003. He then completed a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine and Barnes-Jewish Hospital from 2003 to 2004.
