ProfessionalI had a serious itch on my nose. Keeping me up. Ruled out skin cancer with my primary and went for follow up with Dr. Perkins. After a quick look she asked if I had been in an accident, bad accident. I said yes. She said \"very quickly\" with no self doubt that the nerves had moved around in my nose and take a smaple of eladil and she would call in a script. HP my insurance would not cover so used my little sample. 3 times the office was to put in for coverage and it was refused. Dr P said come back in and gave me another SMALL sample. Said try for 3 weeks and if it helps call in and we will send for insurance to cover again. I tried for 3 weeks and called many times. Each time they said at the desk they would relay to the doc no calls no script. no alternatuive offerred. Dr P too busy to get back to me constantly with patients crammed in. Finally angrily I called back and noone had heard from Dr Perkins on how to direct me. I have been up nights, have a big redmark on my nose from scratching and despite my discomfort it wasnt important the HARVARD doc so trained got back to me. I had to forfeit this office and now start over. Very bad bedside manner and follow through. Not reccommended.
