Her staff does not make calls backs. About three times I was told that the staff would call me back with the results but I never got called. Three weeks passed and still no call so I called them. I only went with Dr Gutierrez because she was Dr Manchaca's go to person after he retired. I'm looking into switching doctors soon cause of her staff and the extremely long wait in the waiting room AND long wait to see the doctor in the back rooms as well.
