Helpful StaffDr. Barnes is the most uncaring, rude and incompetent Doctor I have EVER been seen by! On one of my appointments when I was extremely ill she kept me waiting for over 45 minutes while she spoke with a pharmaceutical salesman in the hallway. When she finally came into the room, all she could do was tell me that I had a serious illness and not seen her in several months. She refused to check me over or do anything besides to be mean and condescending... I left the office very sick and went to another Doctor in the same building who gave me wonderful care and hospitalized me. A few weeks later I received bills from the visit and she billed Medicare for an office visit! When I called her office to complain the staff member I spoke with was very apologetic and agreed when I said "She was VERY mean and uncaring"! She is the meanest person I have ever met within the Healthcare Industry! I am surprised she continues to hold a license to practice medicine...she must have a very good lawyer!
