I haven't been a patient with GNSI for very long, but the experience so far has been superb. I see Dr. Vijay K and was impressed from our first visit. Everything you would want from a Dr. Not only did he listen to me as a patient but he actually stopped looking at the chart and writing information down and actually showed interest in me and my concerns. You do NOT find that everywhere. Most places to be honest just treat you as a number. I've had my own issues, ups and downs, but Dr.K has instilled a feeling of trust and dignity in me that I did not have with my other Dr. If you have an issue, your open, your honest, and its a legitimate issue or concern that he/they can ethically handle....they will. He (and I'm sure the other Drs. as well) look at your individual issue or concern, evaluate it logically and ethically, seem to put themselves or try to put themselves in your shoes and then make a decision based off of everything, not just a quick lookover and immediate yes or no with disregard to everything else. If you have ever been in need and felt lost or a sense of no direction then this is where you need to take your business when it comes to Neuro, Spine or Pain Mgmt. issues. My biggest Kudos to them is that I feel like a person with a problem again and not a hindrance on society that is part of a bigger problem. You can't pay for that kind of respect or dignity.
