Where do I start. Not for my health. Tried to control me. Did not listen to anything I said. I refused a procedure and he kept trying to talk about when I said stop. He didn't like what I told him so tried to tell me it will only get worse. I do my research and know what I have. I don't want anymore procedures to tell what I have already been told. You will not get anymore from my expensive insurance policy. It's my body my rules. I
