Stephanie Henderson, MD is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She practices at Granger Medical Murray Women's Health and sees patients strictly for gynecologic services.
Dr. Henderson completed her medical training at the University of Rochester and following her residency, underwent additional training at the University of Arizona in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. She uses this training to perform advanced gynecologic surgeries to treat endometriosis, uterine fibroids, pelvic pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence.
