After the nurse took our information and height weight we waited 50 minutes. For Dr santos to arrive. My son had a really hard time waiting that long. When she finally arrived I ask if she was running late. She replied no that she was just on the phone for another Dr. She had the most bland personality and never once addressed my 8 year old son or spoke to him directly. She barely offered anything to say to either of us upon her abrupt exit. Nothing in the way of..feel better..great to see you...any questions.. Sheesh! Her behavior almost bordered on rude. We normally see Dr Cooper but she was not available for my short notice.
