Dr. Chubineh is someone who will spend as much time as necessary in explaining the issues you have. He is warm and welcoming, immediately put me at ease. He explains things thoroughly. My first visit I was nervous since I rarely see a doctor. Within minutes he made me feel at ease. His staff is cordial and professional.
