I tried setting up an appointment with this doctor after finding out my current provider no longer took my insurance and he was assigned as my PCP. After going in to sign a release for my information I called a few days later to make an appointment for a regular check up and to get a referral to have my annual woman's exam. The receptionist was a complete nightmare. She starts off by questioning me why I haven't been to a doctor in a year and that the doctor doesn't want to make an appointment or referrals if I'm not going to comply. This person doesn't know me at all and she accusing me of not wanting reliable health care. First off I explained that my provider, who I had been going to consistently for the last 4-6yrs, no longer takes my insurance and I needed a new provider, secondly I'm a relatively heathy person and only need to go to the doctor once a year for regular check ups. I ask if I can receive the doctors services or not and she goes into a rant about how because I was offended by her absurd accusations that means I don't deserve healthcare services. Do not go to this doctor, dealing with his receptionist alone will have you cringing. Now I am back to square one trying to find a reliable health care provider with quality customer service.
