8 years ago, I had scaring on the retina. Dr mames removed the scaring and I now see 20/20 in my eye. Then 6 months ago I developed a blocked blood vessel in my right eye again dr mames knew what to do. I find Dr mames to be very courteous. He spends time to explain what is wrong and what he recommends to be done. He listens to his patients and gives you time to ask questions. I am very glad to have him as my retina specialist
