Dr. May was the physician on call for the St. Francis Lake Shawnee Clinic and returned my phone call after being contacted through the clinic. Dr. May was verbally abusive and insulted me on every level. When I told him I wanted to conclude the discussion he vehemently said, "No! I'm not finished." I am a cancer survivor and have been treated by dozens of physicians. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in any situation in my life.
