Dr. Richard Moon graduated from McGill University Faculty of Medicine in 1973 before completing a residency in Anesthesiology at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC from 1981 to 1983. He then completed a fellowship in Fellow, Institute of Biomedical Engineering Medica at University of Toronto from 1975 to 1979.
