Coming from I-40 E (western locations): Take exit US1S / 64W off of I-40E, then exit right onto SE Cary Pkwy and finally, take an immediate right onto Coorsdale Rd.
Coming from US1N/64E: Take a LEFT onto Cary Pkwy and a right onto Coorsdale Dr. We're located on the second floor of the large building on the corner. These Mapquest directions to our Cary office are correct.

Dr. Phyllis Armstead graduated from Hahnemann Medical College of Philadelphia before completing a residency in Psychiatry at Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. She then completed a fellowship in Psychiatry at Medical College of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Armstead has one office in North Carolina where she specializes in Psychiatry.
