My daughter, a TBI patent had an appointment with Lartey for panic attacks and seizures. Upon looking at his prescription I noticed it was High Blood Pressure medication. As a doctor, her father, her POA and her advocate I did not understand his reasoning and called to ask if it was right. After four phone calls and no return phone call from him we have written him off as uncaring and unprofessional to the point of possibly endangering his patient and certainly doing nothing to gain our respect.
