I have met with Dr. Swanson on 3 or 4 times. Each time he takes the time to discuss issues and is sincerely concerned about my welfare. In fact he wanted to intervene in a non cancer issue I had because he felt the other doctors were dropping the ball. Even though I also go to Moffit, I feel 100% confident in Dr. Swanson's expertise. It is great to have a local Oncologist who is so knowledgable.

Dr. Paul Swanson graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1992 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Swanson then completed a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
