Dr. Arellano did my breast surgery and had pain only the day of surgery. Next day after surgery I never took pain medicine. Dr. Arellano did such a beautiful surgery no scar and my breast is fine. I highly recommend him, he is so professional and most of all a genius surgeon THE BEST.
