Dr. Paul Alfino graduated from Washington University School Of Medicine in 1982 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA from 1982 to 1985. He then completed a fellowship in Nephrology at New York University from 1985 to 1987.

Dr. Alfino has two offices in Florida where he specializes in Nephrology and Internal Medicine.
