Ive been fascinated with medicine from an early age, so I knew since childhood that I would one day become a doctor. My work as a minimally invasive surgeon allows me to marry my passions for medicine, technology, and innovation.Primarily, I care for people who have cancerous and noncancerous conditions of the gastrointestinal tract. My patients may have stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer, stomach polyps, or they may require surgery for hernia revision or complex abdominal wall hernias. Additionally, I can offer therapeutic flexible endoscopy for conditions that may not require surgery, such as achalasia, which is a swallowing disorder.I always seek the best available technology for the care of my patients. I want to push the envelope of cancer treatments by approaching complex cancer operations using minimally invasive techniques, such as laparoscopy and therapeutic endoscopy. I am skilled in using minimally invasive methods for general surgery and oncological procedures, and I use these techniques when its the best option for my patients.Above all else, I focus on each person as an individual”doing whats right for that person with the right treatment at the right time.
