Waited over a month for my appointment with severe anxiety/PTSD. Was called one week before and told if I did not bring cash or check deposit THAT DAY I would be cancelled. Then called the day before and told I needed referral from primary care Dr. I could have done that while waiting over a month!!!! NEGLIGENT!!!!!!!
