Dr. Mininder Kocher graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in 1993 before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program in Boston, MA from 1994 to 1998. He then completed a fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedics at Children's Hospital, Harvard Medical School (director James R. Kasser, MD) from 1998 to 1999.
