Recommends Available On Time Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Nice Office Understandable Reachable Helpful StaffDr. Hahn discussed with me all the medical options to try before preforming surgery on my hands. I feel because of his excellent skills and professional \'bed-side manner\', the surgery was extremely comfortable and the follow-up appointments were just as knowledgeable and painless as prior options were tried. Pain management was fantastic without the \'over abuse\' of pain medications. A very caring doctor.

As a fellowship trained, board certified orthopaedic surgeon, I specialize in treating common and complex conditions of the hand and upper extremity. I earned my undergraduate degree at Princeton University and my medical degree at Tufts University. I then completed additional medical training at Mount Sinai Center, including a Hand Fellowship. As a member of Dallas-area based All-Star Orthopaedics, my approach is heavily influenced by a patient-first philosophy. I listen attentively, provide customized treatment, and seek optimal results for each person. In addition to being a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, I also have a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand.
A hand surgeon in Texas, Dr. Hahn cares for injuries and complications of the hand, fingers, wrist, forearm, elbow and shoulder. Dr. Hahn is specifically trained to diagnose each patient and determine whether or not surgical intervention is medically necessary, as surgery is usually seen as a last resort when other treatment methods have been exhausted. As a result, treatment can be surgical or non-surgical in nature.
As an orthopedic surgeon in Texas, Dr. Hahn is trained to detect and treat all forms of damage to the musculoskeletal system, including the tendons, ligaments, joints, bones, and muscles. Once a diagnosis has been achieved, Dr. Hahn will typically resort to surgery when other treatment plans have been exhausted or eliminated. Patients may require the attention of an orthopedic surgeon for sports injuries, sprains, torn ligaments, fractures, and more.
