Recommends Available On Time Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Nice Office Understandable Reachable Helpful StaffFor seven days I have not been able to hear out of my right ear because of an ear infection. Thanks to Dr. Bertino my hearing & sanity have been restored. I literally felt like I was going crazy. Like the scripture in the bible where Jesus restores a man's hearing, Dr Bartino said "what seems to be the problem?" Next thing I know he is in my ear & I can slowly feel the kindness, compassion & the knowledge as he proceeds to bring me the joy I most longed for...To hear again. You see I have the gift of music & the ability to touch lost souls through my music. I have been in a panic because I have not been able to sing because I could not hear. Thanks to Dr. Bertino I have my hearing back. And I have the right diagnosis. Now I can relax & enjoy the my gift that has been given back to me. Thanks to Dr Bertino's staff Monica,Norma & Toni for being so kind & attentive. Thanks for the compassion & patients you showed other patients I witnessed in your office. God's Peace
