Being a new resident in Lincoln I felt fortunate to meet Dr. Pace and have him for my Physician. I was looking forward to my appointment this past Tuesday the 5th of January. My appointment as I understood it was for 9:15. My husband went with me to the appointment which meant he would be very late for work. We live in the North area a long ways from the office and left in plenty of time. We arrived at 8:50. A sign in the waiting room said if fifteen minutes goes pass your appointment time notify the receptionist. At 9:30 I asked bout my appointment and was told 9:30 was your appointment not 9:15 we ask everyone to come early. At 9:45 I asked again and she called the office and told me a room was being cleaned and she would be right there. During this time I noticed I was constantly the only one left in the waiting room as everyone went to their appointments. I feel the Nurse could of come out and said Dr. Pace. is behind or something. I called the next day and asked for his email address to let him know what had transpired and she could not give it to me. She said she was not aware of what had been going on and I said she should of known I was waiting to see him. Hopefully he will read this. At 10:00 and no sight of nurse and Doctor and a senior citizen who had fasted (Which is why I thought I had an early morning appointment) I left and unfortunately did not see the Doctor.
